Most customers receive their packages in 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on quantity of units sold and address of recipient.

AED manufacturers have designed special pads, buttons or keys that reduce the amount of energy delivered to a child or infant. All HSI school packages include pediatric capabilities. If a child is in cardiac arrest and pediatric pads are not available, use the AED with adult pads.

All AEDs come with a manufacture warranty. This is typically a 7- or 8-year period. Please refer to the resources provided for more information on warranties.

 AEDs can last long after their warranty expires. As long as the AED is rescue ready and properly maintained, AEDs can last more than twice the life of the warranty.
